MG Global provides advice to small and medium-sized companies in the UK and elsewhere. MG Global aims to provide a bespoke, independent service to clients who are beneath the radar screen of the larger international investment banks. In most cases the clients will be unlisted companies which have ambitions to achieve an IPO either in London or on a major overseas market.

The main geographical focus is on the UK, Europe, Russia and China. The sectors currently of interest include natural resources, transport, consumer products, media, and intellectual property.
